Overview

In the outdoors, anything can happen at any time. Before a person in need can be brought safely to a hospital or a primary care center, basic life support is essential. This course is divided in practical and theoretical sessions focused on basic life support, rescue, emergency medical services, first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and other fundamentals. At the end of the cousre, participants will receive a Basic Life Support and First Aid certification.

Course

The course will be devided into 2 sections:

  • Theory classes at The Babu Adventures International School/Resort 
  • Practical training at The Babu Adventures International School/Resort 

Optional:

Food and Accomondation (40 euro per day)

The Babu Adventures International School/Resort is located in Sirkot (3 hours from Pokhara), offering magnificent sunrises on the snowy peaks at the northern border of Nepal. We can provide full board accommodation (both shared and single rooms), which includes 3 meals a day (with options for vegetarians). Our resort is like a nest in the mountains, where you will be able to relax and rejuvenate mind, body and spirit. Meals and snacks are prepared by our skilled cooks and the evening offers all the sounds of nature with the heavenly stars shining overhead.

Transport (2x 15 euro)

On the first day of the course we will drive together from Pokhara to our resort in Sirkot. On the last day of the course our driver will bring you back to Pokhara.

All outdoor training session timings are subject to weather conditions. Timing may be adjusted by the instructor to suit conditions of the day.
